Dajani PC was founded by Ismat Dajani with one sole purpose in mind. To serve an under served and vulnerable population in his local community. Dajani PC values elders’ autonomy and independence. Far too often, elders are taken advantage of after having given so much of themselves to their children, grandchildren, and their communities. Ismat Dajani became an attorney because of his grandfather and by extension Dajani PC exists because of his grandfather. Because of Ismat’s love and bond for his grandfather he joined the Elder and Health Law Clinic at McGeorge School of Law, receiving the Melissa C. Brown Clinic Honors Award and a concentration in Elder and Health Law, for his service and dedication to elders.That is why Dajani PC focuses on serving elders. Elder law is a far encompassing term and can include a wide variety of practice areas that we may not have experience in such as bankruptcy. But even if we are unable to assist you, we will direct you to someone that can. Dajani PC is dedicated to helping anyone 65 and older and helping them find the assistance they need.

With Dajani PC, our goal isn’t to fight or litigate, it’s to serve your best interests and needs. Far too often firms lose themselves in litigation and only think of “winning”. Results are never guaranteed. Dajani PC takes a different approach. We want what’s best for the client and sometimes that requires some love and care, rather than a fight. Financial Elder Abuse leads to a lot of heart ache, damage, and family drama. But with some love and care, sometimes even terrible situations can be resolved without a fight. There was one such case that required some love and care, where an elderly mother was being abused by her daughter who she loved dearly. Her daughter did the unthinkable and stole her mother’s home from under her. With some love and care, Ismat Dajani resolved the issue without ever having to litigate. The elderly mother was able to get her home back and not have to destroy her daughter’s life in the process. We understand family dynamics and the hurt that these sorts of events cause. We exercise caution to not worsen the situation with the “must win” and “lets fight” attitude of other law firms.
